HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
The Town of Weston is seeking a seasoned, innovative professional to serve as Human Resources Manager. Position provides administrative and technical support in the management and administration of human resources programs and operations for the Town including staffing and retention, compensation, benefits, collective bargaining and personnel policies and procedures. The selected candidate will report directly to the Town Administrator.
The ideal candidate has broad professional human resource management experience and strong working knowledge of municipal HR/labor relations principles and best practices. Candidates will also possess knowledge of benefits administration; considerable negotiation and conflict resolution skills; and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and town officials.
Five (5) years of professional experience in human resources management. Two (2) years of experience must have been in a supervisory capacity. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Administration, Public Administration or related field preferred. Municipal Human Resources experience preferred. Salary $90,000 - $95,000 plus benefits.
