Argentine Inspired Dinner

Sunday Supper is returning in April with special guest chef Florencia Lipton. If you’ve had her famous empanadas, it will come as no surprise to you that Florencia grew up in restaurants in Buenos Aires and refined her expertise in the kitchen on cruise ships, hotels, and as a chef for the Argentine Consult. And on Sunday, April 7, Florencia be at Lachat Town Farm to prepare a delicious Argentine inspired menu. There will be something for everyone, and a casual, festive environment for all.

The menu will include:
Starters

• Selection of Empanadas
• Polenta bites with dipping sauce

• Milanesas Napolitana
• Papas " a la provensal" (Provencal potatoes)
• Ensalada mixta (mixed salad)

• Dulce deleche profiterols
• Coffee and tea

So grab some friends, pick a time slot, and let Lachat treat you to a delicious meal right in your backyard. Communal tables fit up to 9 people - please indicate any seating requests during registration, or email programming@lachattownfarm.org. This event is BYO - feel free to bring additional beverages to enjoy with your meal!

Please note that we cannot offer refunds if your plans change, but we are able to move time slots (based on availability) or you are welcome to transfer tickets (please just let us know who to expect in your place). **If joining the waitlist, please indicate the total number of people in your group in the notes section.**
