Working with local charity Homes with Hope, Lachat’s annual MLK Day event is an opportunity to honor Dr. King’s legacy through service and volunteerism. Sign up at the link below for you or your family to assemble bags of toiletries and hygiene products to benefit individuals in need. The $20 per bag donation pays for all bag items (e.g. deodorant, shaving cream, soap). Also consider bringing food items for the Weston Food Pantry and the Gillespie Center. Hot cocoa will be available for purchase.
