Florencia Lipton grew up in her grandfather and father’s restaurants in Buenos Aires. She always loved to be in the kitchen. After high school she thought she was interested in psychology, but after 2 years, one day while hiking in Patagonia, she decided to to go to cooking school instead. She went on to work in restaurants, cruise ships, hotels, and for caterers, and ended up coming to the US as chef for the Argentine Consult. She made endless empanadas through all those years, something she still is well known for locally! When Florencia became a mom, she left the big kitchens behind, and now focuses on sharing her passion and love for food through the home kitchen, the heart of the family.
