School's out, and it's a perfect time for a culinary trip to Italy with Vita, the original Italian foodie!  Join us in Brian's Kitchen, at the new Offutt Education Center at Lachat Town Farm, as Vita shares what she learned from the expert hands of her family, and passes on these authentic Italian techniques.  

The menu on October 9 will allow kids to learn how to make one of the most iconic Italian meals - Meatballs and Pasta with Salad!.  And at the end of the program, what better way to celebrate what they learned by enjoying the delicious meal they prepared together!  

Participants must currently be in grades 2 to 5.
