Join Home Chef Geoff in Brian's Kitchen as we prepare a delicious lunch inspired by fall’s bounty of ingredients! This autumn menu begins with Butternut Squash Soup with Crispy Prosciutto and Mustard Chantilly, followed by a seasonal salad that will impress your guests – local greens, roasted chicken, cherry tomatoes, snap peas, toasted pumpkin seeds, local goat cheese, and pomegranate seeds with a Dijon balsamic vinaigrette. And fall means pumpkins, so we’ll bake a pumpkin spice cookie. We’ll sample and enjoy the foods we’ve prepared in the new Gathering Space.
Participants will leave with recipes to recreate this meal at home.
About Home Chef Geoff: Geoff has traveled his way through many of the world’s culinary hubs. From top Michelin Starred restaurants to local street food hidden gems, Geoff has immersed himself in different food cultures. Food brings people together and the local recipes of each place tell a story. After spending countless hours in friends’ restaurant kitchens and learning from Food Network chefs, he is sharing his skills with the community.
With his easygoing personality and flavorful dishes, Geoff hopes other home cooks will feel inspired to venture on new paths of lunch preparation with skills that may be useful in a variety of daily culinary tasks.
