There's nothing quite so comforting as a hot bowl of soup on a cold winter day or as mouthwatering as a hearty stew. Transform everyday ingredients into an endless variety of soups to please every palate! Come learn how to make a variety of delicious soups to keep you and your family warm and cozy this winter! Participants will make soup in class and go home with a packet of recipes so they can practice what they’ve learned.

After all that cooking and learning, everyone is invited to stay and enjoy the soup for lunch along with delicious sourdough bread provided by one of Weston’s amazing bakers, Anna Ryzner. So grab some friends or come and make new ones in Lachat’s cozy farmhouse!
