Fall Clean Up Day at the Farm
It's time for LaChat's fall work day! Every Spring and Fall, we gather to work on the Lachat Town Farm to-do list. Please come help, Saturday, October 2nd, 9:00am-1:00pm.
New this year, we are excited to host an invasive removal workshop, led by long time Weston resident, Lisa Brodlie. Lisa is a Member of Connecticut Invasive Plant Working Group (CIPWG), is on the CIPWG Steering Committee and is on the Invasive Removal Volunteer Team at Devil’s Den. Lisa has been involved in land management with local land trusts for ten years.
Please wear long sleeves and pants, wear sturdy footwear and bring gloves.
